As early as next year, the first acting skyscraper in the region – 44-floor housing estate “Aquamarine” over 155 meters in height will appear in Vladivostok. Erection of the future beach promenade with retail and entertainment complex, hotel and the largest yacht-club in Russia with a capacity of 400 sailboats has been started already on the coast near the building in the frame of the second phase of the project. Artificial land plot in the area of 3 hectares has been already created for implementation of the plan.
