We have repeatedly said that the facade of the Housing Estate “Aquamarine” is unique. Slightly glazing manufactured by Guardian harmonizes with steel vertical racks creating a unified style of the building. We are glad to inform you that the works on installation of vertical racks have already been started, and this means that the skyscraper will acquire the intended form very soon.

The real estate developer has chosen vertical racks made of AISI 316 stainless steel the alloy of which contains nickel and molybdenum for facing the facade of the Housing Estate “Aquamarine”. Presence of these elements in stainless steel increases its anticorrosion properties significantly, so that operation is possible even in very aggressive environments. All fastening elements — anchors, bolts, nuts, and rivits, are made of the same metal as vertical racks.

The facade is insulated with nonflammable mineral-wool plates. The use of these materials ensures the life cycle up to 100 years.
