A meeting with the top managers of Schüco, the international company, which is the leader in the sphere of manufacturing façade systems, took place yesterday in the office of Aquamarine residential complex.

General Director of Schüco international division, Mr. Steffen Rötig and vice-president of the company, Dr. Jörg Westphal, arrived at the capital of the Far East for the purpose of inspecting the facilities, at which their façade systems are installed.

During the meeting, the guests visited the construction site of the First Skyscraper in Siberia and Far East, where they personally observed how the installation of the façade was completed and made sure that all the works at the facility correspond to the high standards. «Very, very good» — with such words, Dr. Jörg Westphal, vice-president of the company, evaluated the work done.

Aquamarine residential complex is the highest building not only in the region, but also beyond the Urals from the eastern side. The height of the complex is 155.5 meters. The most advanced construction solutions are applied during construction of the complex, including Schuco façade systems developed taking into account the climate in Primorsky region and critical wind loads. «Façade is the skin of a building. Internal finishing may be different, but the façade must be of high quality. «The façade of the Aquamarine residential complex will stand for ever. We are very glad that we are a part of such ambitious project» said Mr. Steffen Rötig, General Director of Schüco international division.
