SALES OF THE APARTMENTS IN «AQUAMARINE» RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX CONTINUE WITHOUT THE USE OF ESCROW ACCOUNTS
From July 1, the law on switching of the developers to the escrow accounts was enacted in Russia. But sales of apartments in Aquamarine residential complex will continue without the use of escrow accounts. This decision was taken by the Inspectorate of the regional construction supervision and control in the sphere of shared-equity construction of Primorsky region due to the high degree of the project readiness.
It means that to buy an apartment in the First Skyscraper of Siberia and Far East will be as easy as before: without using additional accounts and overpaying by the shared construction participant of the interest for keeping monetary funds.
All the sales of apartments in the Aquamarine residential complex are being carried out in accordance with the Federal Law 214-ФЗ. A shared construction participation agreement is concluded with the Buyer, which is then registered with the Federal Agency for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography, and from each transaction the developer pays deductions to the special compensation fund.
